What most guests ask before booking.
Can you serve a smaller backyard party?
Yes. We typically start at around 25 guests for private residential bookings. Below that threshold, the operational math is less ideal for both parties, but reach out through our form and we will check our calendar for a potential fit.
Do you handle indoor residential events?
Yes. Our carts are designed to fit smoothly into most home interiors, foyer spaces, or covered backyard patios. We coordinate closely with you before the date to determine the ideal placement.
Is there a travel fee for private events?
No travel fee for events within the DFW metroplex. Our standard pricing fully covers our primary service area. Travel beyond the metroplex boundaries is quoted separately on request.
How far in advance should I book?
For Saturday dates during peak spring and fall seasons, we recommend six to ten weeks in advance. For weekday events or smaller home gatherings, three to four weeks is usually sufficient. The earlier you submit, the more flexible we can be with our calendar.
Can we design a custom signature drink?
Absolutely. Share your preferred direction, whether that is a specific flavor, a color element tied to your theme, or a name unique to the day, and we will build it for your menu.
Do you provide food or other catering services?
We focus exclusively on a premier mobile coffee bar experience. We pair well with external food caterers and coordinate our setup and arrival timing with them in advance.
