How to book in 3 steps

- We Build Your Proposal. Fixed pricing, no surprise fees. Choose what is included down to the milk options and signature drinks.
- We Show Up and Pour. Our team arrives 60 minutes before service, sets up the cart, pours café-quality drinks, and cleans up. You enjoy your event.

Our mobile espresso carts are completely self-contained and require only a standard 110v outlet and a 6x4 foot level surface. This compact, professional footprint makes us a seamless, welcome vendor at upscale golf clubs, luxury hotel ballrooms, and modern sports venues alike. We carry a comprehensive $1M/$2M general liability policy and coordinate load-in logistics directly with your venue manager so you do not have to manage a thing.

Yes. We are fully set up to serve events across The Star District. We coordinate load-in details with the venue management team well in advance so the morning runs smoothly.
Do you handle outdoor events in Frisco summer heat?
Yes. We bring shading, ice-bath chillers, and a strong cold drink menu featuring iced espresso, cold brew, iced lattes, and house-made cold foams for summer outdoor events. We have poured at backyard receptions in 100-degree weather and the coffee stays high quality.
How far in advance should I book a Frisco event?
Premium wedding weekends during April through June and October through November often book up three to six months out. Corporate weekday events typically book two to six weeks ahead. Earlier is always better, but we will work with shorter timelines if our calendar allows.
Do you charge extra for service at The Star or Stonebriar?
No. Our standard pricing covers the entire DFW service area, and we do not apply a premium fee for high-end venues.
