Frequently Asked Questions

Can you handle large conferences with hundreds of attendees?

Yes. Our commercial setup is built for high-volume service. For larger guest counts we can deploy multiple baristas and optimize the setup around your break schedule to keep lines short and drinks consistent throughout the day.

Do you serve inside convention centers and expo halls?

We do. Third Bean is based out of a fully licensed commercial commissary in Plano and carries venue-grade general liability insurance. Most convention centers and event venues in DFW accept our credentials. We are happy to provide our COI directly to your venue coordinator.

Can you set up at a sponsor or exhibitor booth?

Yes, and it is one of our most popular formats. A Third Bean cart at your booth draws foot traffic and gives your team a natural reason to start conversations. We can brand the cart, the cups, and the signage to match your company.

Do you offer non-coffee options?

Every menu includes matcha latte, chai latte, and hot chocolate alongside our espresso drinks. Guests who do not drink coffee are covered.

What is the service area for conference catering?

We serve Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Irving, Las Colinas, Addison, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, and surrounding DFW communities. Contact us for events outside that range and we will let you know if we can make it work.

How far in advance should I book?

Conference bookings fill up quickly, especially during spring and fall event seasons. We recommend reaching out at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance for mid-size events, and earlier for large multi-day conferences.
