Whether you're hosting at a downtown high-rise, a historic mansion, or a backyard in M Streets, we bring café-quality coffee directly to your event: espresso, scratch-made syrups, and year-round signature lattes including The Third Bean, Maple Flake, Marshmallow Cloud, and Lavender Citrus.

How to book in 3 steps

  1. Request a Quote. Tell us your event date, location, and rough guest count using the Book Event form. We respond within 24 hours.
  2. We Build Your Proposal. Fixed pricing, no surprise fees. Choose what's included down to the milk options and signature drinks.
  3. We Show Up and Pour. Our team arrives 60 minutes before service, sets up the cart, pours café-quality drinks, and cleans up. You enjoy your event.

What makes Third Bean different from other Dallas coffee caterers?

We're family, end to end. Our beans are roasted by family in Addison, and the people pouring your guests' coffee are the same family that's been planning the event with you. Most coffee caterers source from a third-party roaster and hire event-day staff, we don't.

Do you serve outdoor Dallas weddings?

Yes. White Rock Lake parks, Klyde Warren Park, the Dallas Arboretum, private estates. We bring our own water and weather contingency. Just let us know about shade and power during the booking conversation.

How early can you start service in Dallas?

As early as 6 AM. Plenty of Dallas corporate events ask for an early-morning espresso bar, we love those.

Can you handle large guest counts for Dallas events?

Yes. Our cart and team comfortably serve 200+ guests over a 3-hour window. For larger events, we add a second cart and additional baristas. Same family team, just more of us.

Do you charge a travel fee for downtown Dallas events?

No travel fee within DFW. Travel beyond DFW is quoted separately.
