  • Pricing depends on guest count, service window, and event type. We offer three packages: Half Day, Full Day (4 hours, our most-booked), and All Day (6 hours, two baristas). Send a quick inquiry through our Contact form and we’ll respond with a custom quote within one business day. A 50% deposit reserves your date.

  • For Saturday weddings in spring and fall, book 8 to 12 weeks ahead. Those dates fill first. For corporate events and weekday weddings, 4–6 weeks is usually plenty. We do take last-minute bookings (sometimes within 7 days) when our calendar allows. The fastest way to lock your date is to send your inquiry today: a 50% deposit and signed contract reserves the date.

  • Every package includes a commercial-grade NSF-certified espresso cart, a barista in branded apron, all coffee and tea ingredients, milk and add-on bar, custom-printed paper cups and stirrers, full setup (60 minutes before service) and complete breakdown, and travel within 30 miles of Plano. We provide everything from cart to compostable cups. Your venue just needs a 110V outlet within 25 feet and an 8x4 ft surface. We handle the rest.

  • Yes. We carry $1M general liability with $2M aggregate, are ServSafe-certified, and operate from a fully licensed commercial commissary kitchen in Plano. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing your venue as additional insured within 24 hours. Most DFW wedding venues require one. Mention your venue's COI requirements in your inquiry.

  • Yes to both. We pour whole milk, oat milk, and one additional non-dairy alternative at every event, no upcharge. For non-coffee guests, our menu includes matcha lattes, chai lattes, hot chocolate, kid's steamers, and a rotating selection of teas. If your event needs other alternatives (soy, lactose-free), let us know in the inquiry and we'll source them in advance.

  • We’re based in Plano and serve the entire greater DFW metro: Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Arlington, Irving, Richardson, Carrollton, Addison, Southlake, and surrounding cities. Travel within 30 miles of Plano is included in every package. Beyond 30 miles, we add a flat per-mile rate (round-trip). For destinations outside DFW, we’ll quote a custom travel package. Just ask in your inquiry.

  • Yes. A custom signature drink is included free with our Full Day and All Day packages. Tell us the direction. A wedding-color tribute, a flavor that honors a family recipe, a name unique to your day, and we'll build it. We can develop the recipe ahead of the event so you taste it first.

  • We love outdoor events but the cart needs a covered area or shaded backup. A 10x10 tent works perfectly. If severe weather threatens, we'll work with you on a rain plan or rescheduling. Most events can shift to an indoor or covered area within the venue, which is the smoothest path. If the event truly cannot proceed, force majeure (severe weather, public-health orders, government restrictions) lets you reschedule without forfeiting your deposit. We'll apply it to a new date within 12 months of the original. Safety calls (lightning, dangerous winds, ice) are made by our team in coordination with you..

  • 1) Send your inquiry via the Contact form. 2) We reply with a custom quote within one business day. 3) On approval, we send a contract and 50% deposit invoice. Your date is locked when both come back. 4) About two weeks out, we finalize menu, logistics, and any signature drink. 5) Final balance is due 7 days before. 6) On event day, we arrive 60 minutes ahead, set up, serve, and break down.
