Plano Coffee Catering for Weddings & Corporate Events
Third Bean is a family-run mobile coffee bar serving events across Plano, from elegant Willow Bend weddings to corporate breakouts at Legacy West and vibrant celebrations in Historic Downtown Plano. Our beans are roasted by family in Addison, then poured by family at your venue. Whether you're hosting at a corporate high-rise, a luxury estate, or a private backyard, we bring café-quality coffee directly to your event: espresso, scratch-made syrups, and year-round signature lattes including The Third Bean, Maple Flake, Marshmallow Cloud, and Lavender Citrus.
How to book in 3 steps
- Request a Quote. Tell us your event date, location, and rough guest count using the Book Event form. We respond within 24 hours.
- We Build Your Proposal. Fixed pricing, no surprise fees. Choose what's included down to the milk options and signature drinks.
- We Show Up and Pour. Our team arrives 60 minutes before service, sets up the cart, pours café-quality drinks, and cleans up. You enjoy your event.
Why Third Bean for Plano Events
Third Bean is a family. Our beans are roasted by family in Addison and poured by family at your event. The supply chain, the people behind the cart, all of it stays in the family. That matters in a Plano event because the moments your guests will remember are the human ones: the barista who pulled their first espresso of the morning, the cup pressed into a tired hand on the dance floor, the late-night espresso that bridged toast to dance floor. Whether it is a corporate function at Legacy Town Center or a wedding reception at an elegant local estate, we show up with care, pour with patience, and treat your event like our own family gathering.

Plano FAQ
Are you actually based in Plano?
Yes. That's where our family operates from. We're not driving in from another city with a 45-minute setup buffer. We live here, our commissary is here, and Plano is home base.
Do you handle corporate breakfast events at Legacy West?
Yes. Early start times, large guest counts, and tight load-in windows are exactly what we've built around. Legacy West, Granite Park, and the Tollway corridor are all part of our service area.
Do you do small private events in Plano?
Absolutely. Birthday brunches, baby showers, anniversary parties, we love smaller events because we can really focus on the experience. Minimum guest count is around 25.
Are weekday corporate events different from weekend weddings?
Different operational rhythm but the same family team behind every cup. Weekday corporate events tend to be 1-3 hour windows with high-volume morning service; weekend weddings are 3-5 hour windows with peaks during cocktail hour. We pace for both.
What makes a Plano coffee bar different than a chain café experience?
A family team that's there for the human moments. The barista pulling your CFO's morning espresso is the same person who walked you through the booking conversation. That's not the chain experience.
Service Area
Beyond Plano, we serve clients throughout the DFW area.
