How to book in 3 steps

- We Build Your Proposal. Fixed pricing, no surprise fees. Choose what's included down to the milk options and signature drinks.
- We Show Up and Pour. Our team arrives 60 minutes before service, sets up the cart, pours café-quality drinks, and cleans up. You enjoy your event.

How do you handle events at the Glass Cactus or other Gaylord-managed venues?
Same workflow as the main Gaylord. Vendor check-in, controlled load-in window, on-site coordination with the Gaylord events team.
Can you serve outdoor events at Grapevine wineries or Main Street venues?
Yes. Outdoor service is one of our specialties. We bring shade, water, and weather contingency.
Is there a travel fee from Plano to Grapevine?
No. Grapevine is fully covered by our standard pricing.
Do you serve corporate events at the Hilton DFW Lakes?
Yes. The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center is a regular destination for corporate retreats and we handle their early start times consistently.
