Information you give us. When you submit our inquiry form, sign up for our mailing list, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event details (date, venue, guest count, type of event), and anything else you choose to share.
Automatic information. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects standard log data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL — for security and analytics. See Squarespace's privacy policy for details.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry and send a custom catering quote.
To coordinate logistics, contracts, and invoicing for booked events.
To send occasional emails about new offerings, seasonal menus, or availability — only if you opt in to our mailing list.
To improve our service and protect against abuse.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the business — Squarespace (website and forms), Google Workspace (email), and any payment processor we use for deposits. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Email opt-out
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@thirdbeancoffee.com to be removed from our list at any time.
Data retention
We keep inquiry submissions and event records for as long as necessary to operate our business and comply with tax and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years). We delete information sooner on request when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@thirdbeancoffee.com. Texas residents may have additional rights under state law.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
